Games - Munro - Major League (1954)

This very rare 1954 Munro Major League table hockey game is Munro's first hockey game to use metal players. It's the crossover game from the old wooden game to the conventional game with rods that are still used today. This game was only available for sale in the latter part of 1954 and quickly dropped in 1955 making way for Munro's newer models. This game is very similar to the old wooden game, one pull rods moves all the players. The players are Munro's first generation All Star teams, blue vs red. Game measures approx. 15" x 36". The game is stamped with a date on the undercarriage, hard to read but I believe it is "Oct 24,1954".
